Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Availability may vary by country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing your order quickly. If you need changes, email hello@giegin.com as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, please use our returns process.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing & delivery times
Processing: 1–2 business days.
Economy: typically 5–10 business days depending on location.
Express: typically 2–5 business days (EU/UK often 1–3). You’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.
Will I pay duties/taxes?
Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. Some destinations ship DDU (duties/taxes collected by your carrier upon delivery according to local rules).
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window worldwide from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Please start a return at hello@giegin.com before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind, size or color returns of items priced over €1,000 (or equivalent), a 7% return/restocking fee may apply. This does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by us—those are covered by us. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customer-paid for size/fit or change-of-mind returns. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return and replacement shipping. Where applicable for items over €1,000, a 7% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund (see policy above).
Non-returnable items
Underwear/swimwear with opened packaging or removed seals, customized/personalized items, gift cards, items marked "Final Sale", pre-owned/preloved items, and items sold with disclosed imperfections are final sale (statutory rights remain unaffected).
